I’ll ask you to briefly explain the process of how you make contact with a new lead and what happens afterwards. 

Mock sales call

I want to hear how you talk to clients on the phone. We’ll do a mock call where I’ll learn what you’re currently doing and give you important suggestions on what you should do to improve. We’ll talk not only about what you say, but how you say things too.

Often, leads will ask questions that you’re not entirely sure how to answer. We’ll go over these questions and I’ll give you practical and positive ways to answer them.

Practical tips on how to follow up with leads tailored to your industry. We’ll also discuss organizing your leads so nobody falls through the cracks. Managing your pipeline is crucial.

After our call, I’ll send you a sales script and a summary of what we spoke about.
